Seasonal Landscape Maintenance
This section is for people that only require service during the growing season, or only during the fall.
Seasonal Turf Care accounts usually have their first service in February or March, and service continues through the growing season. Most seasonal Turf Care accounts have very few trees on their properties and the properties that neighbor theirs.

Seasonal Clean Up accounts usually have a large amount of trees on the property or the neighboring properties. These clients require leaf removal from their lawn or from the property entirely; they do not have the means or desire to deal with the leaves themselves. This type of account has service with a frequency of at least once per month between October/November through January.
For clean up accounts, we use powerful backpack blowers and our mower's with vacuums to chop up and collect leaves. Depending on the property, we either remove the debris or we place the collected debris in a designated area.
Both types of seasonal accounts are billed per service.
