Landscape Design
I spent 2 semesters in college perfecting the art of landscape designing, then I spent several other semesters learning plants and proper usage of hardscape materials.  I am a designer that listens and cares about you and your landscape; I am passionate about what I do, and will work hard to give you the landscape of your dreams.

I design in 3 ways.

#1.  Samples:
For some projects, I set up a demo of several material options and build techniques.

#2. Scale Drawings:
Every irrigation system is bid based on a scale drawing of your entire property, including a pressure loss diagram, and a water coverage diagram.  Most plant installation projects are drawn to scale and displayed as #3 states.  New landscapes are always drawn to scale and receive visual designs also.

#3. Visual Designs:
We use Pro Landscape Image Editor to photoshop what the finished design will look like.  This is a favorite amongst our clients.

Fees:
Fees depend on the type of job and complexity.

Samples of stone are set up for no charge.

Scale Drawings depend on size and complexity.  Generally a front foundation will have no charge.  For larger designs and commercial designs, we charge $45 per hour...an average home takes 3-5 hours for a foundation design with 1-2 other beds.  The design presented will include 1-5 graphic designs at no charge.  The design can be altared at no charge up to 2 times after the initial design is presented.  After the 3rd design is presented, alterations will incur a $45 per hour design fee.  Most clients accept our first design, with slight alterations, which receive no extra charge.

Visual Designs:
Your first 5 visual designs are free.  Over 5 visuals will incur a charge of $10.00 each, which can be altared 2 times.

Get your Fee Back:
If we are chosen to install our design, 50% of your design fee will be shown as a credit on your final invoice.

It almost looks real doesn't it?
The client called me to redesign their landscape.  This picture and the deminsions is what I had to work with.
The same night I looked at it, I edited the photo with a better design.  I bid the job with several plant options and available plant sizes.
A few days later, the clients worked their budget, and made my
design work for them.  In 3 years, the plants will be the same size as in the graphic design.  This design cost the clients $0.00.  From tear out, install, flagstone boarder, and fresh mulch, our final invoice price was only $1,900.00.  We transformed the front of their house from just another house to the nicest landscape on the street.  Low voltage Lighting upgrades are next on their list.
